The Analysis On The Risk Evaluation Of Agent Management Project

As the development of agent management in China, the study on it grows very fast. But the study on the risk evaluation of the agent management is absent. It means a lot to build an integrated and applied risk evaluation system for the agent management pattern.This thesis introduces the general situation of the agent management projects in China, and then points out the difference between the agent management pattern and other project management patterns; after that, we build a risk evaluation system for the agent management projects, establish a model of the agent management projects'risk evaluation. We figure out the weight of each risk index, by the way of Analytical Hierarchy Process and Clustering Analytical Method, and get the risk degree of each risk index by Delphi Method with experts'confidence. Then we can figure out the comprehensive risk degree, and access the grade of each risk degree, in order to focus on the most important risks.
