The Application Research On Project Management Of The Construction Project In The Pingwei NO.2 Electric Power Co.LTD.

This paper took the project Management Practice of 2X600MW supercritical generating electricity sets in the Pingwei NO.2 Electric Power Co. LTD. as an object, on the basis of introduced in brief the basic theory of the project commissioned management, thoroughly analyzed that this project adopted project management contractor model to carry on the construction, and pointed out the differences between the traditional mode of PMC and it. Then, it analyzed the contract management problems including the pricing model of contract, funds-payment problems, some problems that encountered in the process of the initial using the project commissioned management to carry on the power construction, and so on. Meanwhile, this paper did a detailed analysis of the fundamental reasons to cause these problems, and tried to put forward the corresponding evaluation system aimed at these problems and the contract insufficient to evaluate the performance of the project management company. It hoped solve fundamentally a series of problems which have emerged in the project implementation process. It provided some successful management experience and insights for the model of the project commissioned management that was gradually extended to the power construction project.
