For improving the efficiency and quality of the power supply company, we introduced benchmarking. First the development of the benchmarking and process reengineering was introduced, after that, by studying the process and comparing it with the power supply company at home, we analyzed the problems in business expansion process of the company, then we reengineered the process. In order to evaluate the result of the reengineering, we introduced two methods, that is method based on the evidence theory and method based on the custom satisfaction. Examples were also given to explain the methods. |
