The Economic Benefits Evaluation Index System Research Of Enterprise's Informationization

Nowadays, information technology has a rapid development. Enterprises, as the basic economic unit of social, its investment in IT is increasing continuously. The return of the investment is of significant importance to an enterprise, so it's important to get a better return form IT investment. However, current research and practice has failed to provide an investment return information, the IT investment results seemed confusing, thereby delay the company's IT investment. Previous studies focused mainly on investment in information systems evaluation, but the enterprise Informationization solutions differ obviously from that of an information system. These methods unable to adapt to the current diversified IT investments. After using other tradition methods of evaluation, it still has no breakthrough in the practical application of evaluation, mainly because the ambiguity of benefit of IT investment.Based on the analysis of current domestic and international reference and research for the enterprise information, this text advances a multi-dimensional evaluation index system based on people, financial, marketing and manufacturing, management and development of five dimensions. This text enhanced the development dimension as the dynamic efficiency measurement, constructing of a more comprehensive five dimensions evaluation index system. Considering the complexity of enterprise informationization and the fuzzy benefit of informationization, this text uses fuzzy math comprehensive evaluation method to measure the benefit of informationization. After obtained the cost, finally construct an enterprise informationization economic benefit matrix. Base on this matrix, we can get an obvious and a reasonable implementation result of enterprise informationization. This criteria method will resolve the effectiveness evaluation of enterprise informationization.
