Study On The Evaluating Sustainable Land Management Based On Benefit Index

The land is the foundation that the mankind depends on for existence, the important natural resources, and the primary condition of agricultural development, moreover, it is indispensable for developing industry, traffic, the urban construction, travel and even whole national economy. With rapid inflation of population and the fast progress of science and technology, there has been an unprecedented expansion in both the range and the intensity of land utilizing by mankind, which has caused a series of great global environmental problems, such as environmental pollution, vegetation destruction, land degradation, gradual species extinction and resource deficiency. We human beings are facing the severe challenge in the rational resuming, protecting and improving the environment. Rising the theory of continuable development, the continuable utilization of land has become the vital support and key content of continuable development of human society. Therefore, it is of far-reaching meaning to do research on the continuable utilization of land, carry on the evaluation on the relationship among society, resource environment and economy, discuss the way of using land continuously so that the rational effective disposition of land resource can be realized ultimately.Choosing the north Shapo village of Xi'an city as the researching area, in this text, I will launch a research on the evaluation of the continuable utilization of land. First of all, on the basis of understanding the evaluation of the continuable utilization of land both inland and overseas, I do an analysis through the comparison and summarize the common views and deficiencies. Then, I expounded the theoretics of evaluating sustainable land management. By making a comprehensive survey of the model of evaluation on using land continuously both inland and overseas, combining the specialties of using land continuously in urban area, selecting the coordinate model and doing a systematical analysis and evaluation on the actual situation of using land continuously in North Sha Po villege, through which, I get the real condition of land using on this researching area. Lastly,According to the characters and existing problems on the utilization of land in the"village in the city", I bring a constructive plan for the improvement and also, use the cash flow to do the anticipated effective analysis on economy so that the continuable utilization of land in economy, society as well as environment and other aspects would be realized.
