Research On Evaluation Index System Of Economic And Social Benefit For Drop And Pull Transport

Drop and pull transport is an advanced transport organization mode,which can reduce loading and unloading time and increasing the pure running time of tractors,thus it can improve productivity and economic efficiency of enterprises.It is an effective means to improve the efficiency of the road-way transport and logistics,it is also an important way to build a resource-conserving and environment friendly transport industry.In recent years,China has introduced some documents such as "Logistics Industry Restructuring and Revitalization Plan" and "Notice for promoting the development of Drop and Pull Transport".China also carried out the pilot work in many provinces.Besides,logistics enterprises are exploring actively in this aspect,through independent innovation,many of them have become the norm.Nonetheless,given to the drop and pull transport starts late,it still exists many problems such as management system,vehicle allocation,station collocation and logistics informatization.At the same time,China still lacks an index system,which has a comprehensive scientific and systematic method for acquiring evaluation index content and effective way for getting data,so to assess the economic and social benefit of drop and pull transport.As a result,the administrative departments feel difficult to evaluate and judge the outstanding drop and pull transport enterprises and have no way to popularize the advanced technology.This study expects that through the establishment of a complete set of evaluation index system,covering the analysis of economic benefit and social benefit,which can help the government departments and the drop and pull transport enterprises to evaluate development level of drop and pull transport scientifically and effectively.By introducing the definition,typical form,running characteristics,and advantages of the drop and pull transport,the paper analyzes the development status and existing problems.On the basis of analysis above,the paper designs the evaluation index system of economic and social performance,including the frame,the weight of index,the content and standard of indicators,the definition of each index and calculation method.After introducing the evaluation objects and methods,the paper carries out example verification.Finally,this paper addresses the suggestions that boost the growth of drop and pull transport.
