So launch financial risk management and study the theory with importance and realistic meaning, can through go on financial affairs predict to enterprise, find the risk, it is not right to take precautions against so, reduce the financial affairs and fail.This paper is devoted to select one or two model that is suitable to market situation in china or different objective, to help directors, investors and stock supervisors to make more scientific decisions. The work that I have done is as follow: Firstly, summarized nearly ten financial early-warning models at home and abroad and analyzed their differences among them from an academic perspective. Secondly, collected three-year financial data from 106 listed companies. Thirdly, built analytic model, import data and compute the ratio and total. At last, draw the conclusion and bring forward some suggestions to the government and the board of directors.The number of sample and the authenticity of data may exert the influence on the reliability of my conclusion. However, I am sure that the conclusion will be valuable when governors, investors and stock supervisors select financial early-warning model for their decision.
