The stock investment is most common investment form. Its risk is also greatest. It is one important way of capital investment all the while because of its high risk going with high reward. Today, the study about stock investment mostly has limited to analysis of quality identification or quantification, however the stock investment appraising is blank. A appraising practical model of stock investment can give investor reasonable advice. From this, this paper has researched the stock investment appraising by Extension method.This paper has used Extension theory from macroscopic, middle scope's, microcosmic three ranks and combining China stock market status has taken stock investment's Extension analysis. Macroscopic analysis included: important economy index, macro-economy period and relative policy analysis. Middle scope's analysis included: industry types, industry life cycle and the connection between macro-economy period and industry movement. Microcosmic analysis included: company basic diathesis and company financial analysis. Stock market analysis included: stock market foam, bull and bear markets analysis.This paper has taken the factor of Extension analysis as variables, has established model to appraise listed companies stock investment value by Extension choiceness appraising method. This paper has elected 100 listed companies to assume demonstration analysis from more than 1,300 appearing in the stock market according to different industry, using the established model calculate these 100 listed company' investment choiceness. Finally, this paper contrast stock market trend and paper result. The demonstration result has been analyzed according to paper's theory. Demonstration analysis has verified model reasonableness.
