Study On The Intensive Use Of Land In Northern Shanxi Based On The Extension Theory

The northern of Shanxi county is rich in natural resources, it has a long history, butthe drought and the low rate use of natural resources, a fragile ecological environment,economic development lags behind, the main reason is that not a reasonable use ofcounty land resources in the north of Shanxi, improve the situation is to raise the levelof intensive use of land in the northern of Shanxi. In this paper, northern Shanxi Countyland as the main research object, in order to realize the economic development, socialdevelopment and ecological development under the premise of harmonious and unifiedin northern Shanxi, to find ways of intensive land use at county level in northernShanxi.Based on the related theories of land intensive use and extension theory, using thecorrelation analysis and contains analysis and so on analysis principle in extenics,Combining with the current situation of the county-level land use in northern Shaanxi,to establish the indicators of economic benefit indexes, social benefit indexes andecological benefit indexes for primary index of multistage evaluation indexes system.The system to make up for the previous similar evaluation index system of unilateraland single can more objectively reflect the status of intensive use of land. Based on thisindex system, using the extension superiority evaluation method for intensive land usein Northern Shanxi, and in Huangling County as an example of empirical research,through the collection of Huangling County2004-2010years related to the study ofinformation and data, the past seven years of intensive land use situation of Huangling County was analyzed and evaluated.Extenics is an emerging discipline, this paper select extension superiorityevaluation method as a method to evaluate the land intensive utilization in northernShanxi, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. This article is thefirst times to using the Extension theory apply to the research intensive of county-levelland in northern Shaanxi, trying to put forward a new program for the study of this field,hoping to provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of government departments.
