Competition between supply chains becomes more and more intense, it is urged to understand the deficiency between different supply chains , so adjustment on strategic and operation can be made. It is an urgent need to address the issue that establishing a scientific and compresensive evaluation system on supply chain performance. The traditional evaluation system on supply chain performance meets some difficulty, such as the unilateralism and shortage on practical operation. This thesis introduced the order degree of sc sturcture and uncertainty in sc and evaluation on development capacity besides economic indexes on traditional, thus a composite evaluation system on sc performance which run through the whole lifecircle of sc has been built, making up the deficiency of traditional evaluation system, the evaluation system becomes more scientific and compresensive. Entropy theory, which is used to calculate the order degree of struture and uncertainty, is put forword. The method of evaluation is DEA and AHP. The advantage can be full used, and the disadvantage can be cut down to minimum. An case is made in the end , a satisfying result displayed by the means introduce above, and a series of conclusion is given.
