Research On Collaboration Degree And Performance Evaluation Of Railway Oil Supply Chain

Railway oil is the main power source of railway transportation. The efficient and economic organization of railway oil supply is very significant to reduce operating costs and ensure the safety.This paper studies the current railway oil supply chain pattern and evaluates the degree of railway oil supply chain collaboration and performance. That will be a guiding reference for railway oil supply chain development.First, this paper uses value chain model to analyze current railway oil supply pattern by analyzing the value activities and value orientations, points out the problems, proposes the optimization directions and adjustment recommendations.Second, this paper absorbs the advanced research results in the relevant field, puts forward degree of supply chain collaboration model and its corresponding indicator system. AHP method, integration algorithm of decision-making results, experience from complex systems collaboration method are used to propose the method for calculating the degree of supply chain collaboration, and an empirical analysis is solved according to both the initial and current data of the railway oil supply chain.Then, according to the reality of the railway oil supply chain, this paper proposes a BSC-SCOR model in five-dimension to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional BSC model, and establishes a more objective and comprehensive supply chain performance evaluation indicator system. This research uses AHP method, integration algorithm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate the performance of the railway oil supply chain.Studies have shown that:the degree of railway oil supply chain collaboration is relatively high. It's developing toward ordered synergy, and its performance is close to the excellent level; supply chain collaboration is in the breaking-in period, constrained by external conditions, and the supply chain performance results also show an obvious external dependence. Therefore, supply chain collaboration and performance affect each other, and have an intrinsically link.
