The Business Process Reengineering Path Research Of Home Textile Export Enterprises

Home textile industry is an important part in textile industry in China, most of them are export enterprises, so they are the most competitive strength in the global market. Chinese home textile industry grew up from 1990s, it is becoming more and more powerful during the next decades. Today, Chinese home textile industry is stepping into the critical development moment that is called after quota years. American and Europe continue to implement the limitation policies to Chinese home textile providers. The gap between the increasing domestic production capacity and the limited international market is deepening.To be prepared to meet the upcoming challenges, this thesis analyses the main characteristics and competition trends, indicating the major questions about business processes in Chinese home textile corporations. Through the research and demonstration of BPR in K home textile factory, the author provides a typical success case that is significant to others. Based on the comprehensive studies, the thesis put forward the business process reengineering path and relative measures in Chinese home textile export corporations which can help them strengthen international competitive advantages.
