Research On The Business Process Reengineering On Import And Export On COOPER Company Ltd

With rapid development of foreign trade in China, the government requested higher and higher inspection standard for bonded materials import and export. As the change of market, as export manufacturer, the profit became less and less. Customs clearance is one of the most important international logistics, the effectiveness of Customs Clearance directly impact Supply Chain Management, and Customs Management gradually became core competition for manufacture industry. Therefore, researching on Reengineering Process of Customs handbook import and export is real meaningful to lawful operation, improvement of Customs Clearance and reduction of logistics cost. This thesis is focus on study of Cooper Customs'Handbook Process Reengineering based on theory of BPR combined with bonded logistics of import and export.Firstly, the article brings up the background and meaning of thesis in term of Cooper facing, and introduces the theory of BPR as preparation for analysis and advices of project carry out in later. Then, describing and analyzing Cooper Customs'handbook process of import and export, and find and generalize problems and potential risks in handbook process. Next, established BPR project team in the light of BPR step analyzes the root cause of process problems, redesigns the process and reform the organization of Cooper. Take the plan of BPR into practice according to Cooper situation. Finally, BPR needs to be continues and evaluates performance of Cooper Handbook BPR.BPR project makes logistics of Cooper in order, eliminates hidden risks, improves efficiency of Customs Clearance and controls the logistics costs.
