Development Strategy And Its Path Selection Of County Economy In West China

Nowadays, with quick development of economy in China, the development of county economy is more and more outstanding. The Party pointed out to develop and expand county economy in many sessions; accordingly, development strategy of county economy has been paid unprecedented attention to. It is more and more important to accelerate to develop county economy, which plays a decisive role to settle Three Agricultural Problems and build a harmonious society.Starting from analyzing general characteristics of county economy in China and characteristics of county economy in West China, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems and expounds the predicament that the development of county economy in West China is faced with. According to relative theories about county and regional economy and the status quo of county economy in West China, by analyzing factors of economy development in China, this paper holds that the development of county economy in West China should still depend on natural resource endowment and attract capital, puts forward a mathematical model on development of county economy in China West, and deems that development of county economy in China West should aim at basic strategic targets of increasing fiscal income and people' income and adhere to division of industry in a regional system and strive develop labor-intensive industry, energy and mining industry and other ones under the guidance of the theory of Comparative Advantage, on the basis of the strategy of ecological protection and industry development and under different resource endowment to settle the two projecting problems that are Increasing farmers' income and fiscal income, and then corresponding strategic path and relevant safeguard measure are put forward.
