The study object of this article is the distribution channel model of Shandong soccer lottery, including the analysis of current situation; improved strategy and outlook in the future. Distribution channel model is the one of the key market factors in soccer lottery. With rapid development of lottery market, The key to soccer lottery in new situation is to build up stable and effective channel model in line with market strategy and to manage it. Shandong in not only a better-off province but also a powerful soccer region, it is essential for the soccer lottery, but the sale of Shandong is unsatisfactory.Market is taken as the study direction of this article. Under the analysis of market research and guidance of relevant theories,Taking the practical management of Shandong sport lottery center as background, this article analyzes Shandong soccer lottery business, in particular including carry on careful variance analysis from the demand side and the supplier to the distribution channel of Shandong soccer lottery at present.The article, bases in the actual situation of Shandong distribution channel, utilizes some modern marketing theories, such as the market subsection and choice, the analysis of consumer's behaviors, positioning etc, A new channel model which combined with reality of Shandong soccer lottery are drafted accordingly.The article consists of six major sections.
