The formation of the core competitiveness of insurance companies is inseparable from the sales and support two organization collaboration management, sales and support the organic cooperation is the insurance company in the development of the road safety driving " accelerator " and " brake ", is the source of the core competitiveness, the insurance company should how to choose the best structure, accurately grasp the sales and backup organic coordination and the interaction between them, is a worthy of study and explore the problem.The H insurance company was founded in the late20th century, now in the country26provinces and municipalities set up26branch, branch nearly200, more than2employees. The beginning of this century, the H insurance company once brilliant temporarily, in a few short years, realized the company from small to large, from weak to strong, with an average annual growth rate was more than50%, in the industry praise "H insurance phenomenon ". But because the H insurance company organizational structure confusion, there is no clear duty the right, soon brought the huge risk of compensation, a large number of customer churn, complaints have occurred, the social figure suffer a disastrous decline, a large number of branches keep going by painstaking effort even had to close, have been gradually withdraw from the insurance industry first group.In this paper H insurance company the problem occurs, in organization theory as the theoretical basis, from sales and support collaborative management from the perspective of an in-depth analysis, the company found that the root of the problem is due to the structure of Collaborative (Department not set unreasonable, management of overlapping and disconnection), system of collaborative (Responsibility is not clear, system construction to be) and culture synergy (backward enterprise culture, the general lack of awareness of coordination) three not synergistically to cause, and from the above three aspects organization synergy management design, through collaborative structure (adjust department setting, strengthen the sales and support collaborative management system), collaborative (clear post duty, strengthen the system of execution) and culture synergy (to strengthen " the construction of civil consciousness " as the focus of enterprise culture construction) three collaborative management, construction insurance sales and support between the dynamic, bi-directional matching, collaborative and interactive management mechanism, so that its structure is more reasonable, duty the right is more clear, and thereby makes H the insurance company to walk out of predicament.This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter of introduction, briefly introduces the background, H company introduction, research purpose and ideas; the second chapter literature review, from the early modern organization theory, organizational theory, organizational coordination theory in three aspects, describes the organization theory, modern enterprise organization mode and the synergy of the mission, basis and principle; the third chapter H company the present situation and the existence question, from the structure, system and culture in three aspects analyzed the H insurance company by the existence of the problem; the fourth chapter H collaborative management countermeasure, aiming at the existing problems of H insurance company, from the structure, system and culture puts forward three specific collaborative management; the fifth chapter is the conclusion, the full text of a summary.Based on the H insurance company sales and support management of cooperative research, can guide the insurance industry how to design a reasonable management structure to promote the company strategy goal of finding a feasible scheme, can let the insurance industry on how to establish a better support groups and sales organization to reasonably control the risk to find a company the feasibility way, also hope that through the H insurance company sales and support management of cooperative research, to a condition similar to industry and enterprise’s sales and support collaborative management have a certain reference and guidance.
