Measurement And Model Analysis Of Enterprise Information Technology And Management Fusion

From the middle of the 20th century, information technology has developed rapidly, and become an irresistible trend of history. More and more enterprises are beginning to realize the tremendous potential of information technology in enterprise management and are developing information technology actively. At the end of last century, Chinese enterprises began to implement large-scale information technology. Information technology has played an important role in enterprise management. However, there are still many problems, especial the weak performance that the enterprises use information technology to carry out management and business innovations. Information technology and management fusion is a good way to solve this problem.This paper is mainly on the researches of enterprise informationization, focusing on Information Technology and Management Fusion. First, on the basis of related researches at home and abroad, the author defined the concepts of the Information Technology and Management Fusion (ITMF) and the Degree of Information Technology and Management Fusion, proposed the Information Technology and Management Fusion Hierarchical Model, and differentiated ITMF and other similar concepts such as integration and matching. Then the author designed the indexes system and evaluation methods of the Degree of ITMF, determined the weight of the indexes, and proposed the formula of the Degree of ITMF. Through the survey on information technology and management fusion of the enterprises in Shandong Province, the author realized the situation of information technology and management fusion of enterprises in Shandong Province and tested the indexes system of the Degree of ITMF. On the basis of the ITMF theory and other related researches on Enterprise Informatization Evolution Model, the author proposed ITMF Evolution Model which could be used as the guidance on the enterprise information technology and management fusion. Finally, the author analyzed the case of Haier and tested the model proposed in this paper. In this paper, following results are made: (1) the author defined the concepts of Information Technology and Management Fusion and the Degree of ITMF, and proposed the Information Technology and Management Fusion Hierarchical Model; (2) the author designed the indexes system of the Degree of ITMF, determined the weight of the indexes, proposed the formula of the Degree of ITMF, and tested the indexes system of the Degree of ITMF through survey; (3) the author proposed the theory of ITMF Evolution Model which could be used as the guidance on enterprise information technology and management fusion.
