Research On Impact Of The Industrial Sector Performance With Fusion Of Information Technology And Industrialization

China’s industrialization has gone through half a century, has made remarkableachievements. However, we found that China’s industrialization is basically taking the traditionalpath before. In spite of the achievements, China’s industrialization has many deficiencies. Thefusion of information technology and industrialization (FITI) presents an irreversible trend andprovides us with new ideas and new methods of solving the problem of industrial development.This article is based on such background. In this article, we decide to focus on the FITI impacton industrial performance.First, this paper describes the theoretical basis for industrial performance. The impacts onindustrial performance coming from respectively, capital structure, market structure, marketopenness and FITI four aspects are discussed.Second, we have measured the degree of FITI Input-output data of Input-output table. TheFITI of all industry sectors are calculated according to the annual input-output table. We foundthat most industries in2000to2007showing a rising trend in the basic. Degree oflabor-intensive is lowest, resource-intensive industry is lower, capital-intensive industry is higherand technology-intensive industry is highest. Finally, analyze the reasons of various departmentsaccording to their characteristics and provide recommendations.The third is analysis of how FITI affects on the industrial sector performance, byconstructing the capital structure, market structure, market openness and FITI’s effects onindustry performance linear model. capital structure and market openness have no unit root.Market structure, FITI’s and industrial performance of panel cointegration test have cointegrationrelationship. The variables of capital structure, market structure, market openness and FITI, canbe carried out regression analysis. Then examine analysis of FITI impact on China’s industrialsector performance, analyze quantile impact on performance coming from the capital structure,market structure, market openness and FITI by quantile model analysis, and explain theempirical results.
