Using the Solow classical economy growth model, the article verifies and research the investment condition and its technical progress factor of the Shandong Province economic growth . This article draws the conclusions as follows: Shangdong' economic growth are in the pattern of scale-profit-increase-progressively; Each percent's capital invest leads to 0.546 economic growth, which means 8.44% economic growth which makes up 60.68% economic growth; Each percent's labor invest leads to 0.454 economic growth, which means 1.12% economic growth which makes up 8.05% economic growth; Each percent's increase promote 4.35% economic growth, 31.27% of which comes from the advance of technology. Thus the Shandong Province economic growth's overall characteristic and changing tendency are seen through. Furthermore, through the method of data envelop analysis, a effective front surface production function has been produced.
