| The science & technology thoughts of Deng Xiao-ping is an important part of Deng Xiao-ping Theory. Its core "science & technology is the No. 1 productive force " has significant strategy significance to guide science & technology and economy development in China.Medium and small sized enterprises is an important part of national economy system in China, and they make an important position in national economy and social development which large enterprises can not replace. Enterprise is the main body of technological innovation, it is also the binding site of science & technology and the economy. Facing the situation of cut-throat competition in domestic and foreign markets, medium-sized and small enterprises have to depend on the advanced science & technology and carry out technological innovation for survival and development.This thesis has five chapters:The first chapter introduces the background, significance, current studying situation, studying methods, frame and the place of innovation in the thesis.The second chapter introduces the main content, development and significance of science& technology thoughts of Deng Xiao-ping.The third chapter first introduces the medium & small sized enterprise and technological innovation respectively, then sums up the characteristic, advantage and significance about technological innovation of medium & small sized enterprise.The fourth chapter first recollects the process and introduces the achievements, and then analyses the difficulties and problems about technological innovation of Hubei's medium & small sized enterprises, and proposes the strategy finally.The fifth chapter first proposes the guiding thoughts about technological innovation of Hubei's medium & small sized enterprises, and then brings forward countermeasures and advices. |
