A Research On Problems And Strategies To Popular Science Resources Of Small And Medium-sized Science And Technology Museums In Hubei Province

The resources on popular science of science and technology museums are the important substantial guarantee to the development of popular science industry, which influences the prospect of popular science industry directly and considerably. However, small and medium-sized science and technology museums still can't accommodate the public's large requirements. Therefore, it will be a significant means to exploit and use current popular science resources effectively in order to solve the problem of lack and disuse phenomena of the popular science resources. On the basis of studying the actual situations of popular science resources, the paper summarizes the factors which influence the development and use of popular science resources, proposes some advices and solutions about enhancing efficiency of use of popular science resources, provides some theoretic references and research for the reasonable programming and use of popular science resources.This paper takes the current situations of popular science resources in Hubei Province as research objects and adopts the ways of questionnaire investigation, expert investigation, statistics and logistics to study the exploiting situations of popular science resources of small and medium-sized science and technology museums in Hubei Province, including financial resources, material resources and human resources. Theoretically, the paper has analyzed the factors influencing the development of popular science resources. According to the factors and situations, from mechanism, system and technology aspects, I have recommended the approaches to how to enhance efficiency of use of popular science resources of small and medium-sized science and technology museums in Hubei province reasonably.
