Corporation pension plan namely the supplementary pension plan,is a welfare institution,which enterprise hold for their staffs in addition to the basic pension plan. It focuses on the improvement of the living standard of the retired staffs, and meets people's nursuit of higher living standard as well.Corporation pension plan could enhance the cohesion of the corporation,improve the labor productivity,and meet the function of long-term inspiration and security. Therefore,corporation pension plan is a part of staff's welfare plan nowadays,and becomes an important factor of the salary system.It belongs to the field of human resource management.The construction of the corporation pension plan in our country is now at a rapid development stage,and more and more corporations have strong interests in it.Under this circumstance,how to organically bombine the corporation pension plan with the human resource strategy,and make the corporation pension work is an important problem in the process of our corporation pension system.This paper mainly analyses the double influence of the corporation pension to the human capital from the perspective of human resource mangement,and the reason why the implement of the corporation pension plan was deferred. It also proposes some measures and suggestion about the construction of our corporation pension plan and the full play of the human resource mangemet.This paper is divided into 5 chapters.Chapter 1,namely the introduction,mainly put forward the thinking method of the research,including background,angles and framework,etc.chapter 2 mainly focuses on the concept,types of the corporation pension,the theory base and the develppment of the corporation pension plan both in and out China.This chapter also systematicly discurses the lack of inspiration function in the practive of our corporaton pesion plan.There are 4 parts in this chapter.The first 2 parts give a full introcuction of the concept,types and thories,such as Human depreceation concept,Corporate actors theory,etc,of the corporation pension plan.The next 2 parts discusses the situation of the develppment of the corporation pension plan both in and out of China,which focuses on the institution at background,the development and the lack of inspiration function.Chapter 3 mainly analyzes the relationship of the corporation pension plan and the strategic target of human resource management,which paves the theoretic way for the concrete design of pension plan.There are 3 parts in this chapter.First part introduces the concept of human resource,human resource management and the target of human resource management.Second part analyzes the measures that corporations could take in the process of human resource mangement,for instance,material inspiration and non-material inspiration.Third part discusses the relationship of the corporation pension plan and the management strategy of human resource on the basis of USA and Japan.This part also analyzes the function of the corporation pension plan in the accomplisnment of human resource stuategic management and summarises the problems that should be paid attention to in the design of the corporation pension plan and the measures about how to achieve a balance development between our corporation pension plan and the human resource management strategy.Chapter 4 mainly discusses the designing principles of the corporation pension plan and the basic conditions or the implement of the corporation pension plan,and proposes the designing ideas of the corporation pension plan in terms with the strategic target of the human resource management.There are 4 parts in this chapter.The first 3 parts introduce the principles,that should be obeyed the basic conditions that shoule be meet and the problems that should be solved in the design of the corporation pension plan.The fourth part is the bey part.It introduces the contents and process in the design of the corporation pension plan in terms with strategic target of the human resource management in detailed.It includes the source of the pension,the analysze and the option of the adaptability of the plan model,the optional design of paying types,and levels,and the condition or the method of enjoying the corporation pension plan.Chapter 5 is an case analyze,it instroduces the former supplementary pension plan of a certain communication enterprise as an example,it discusses and analyses the content of the plan,and finds out the problems in the design and implement process.In view of the concrete condition of the enterprise,it proposes better plan design and the responsibility that the human resource department shoule take and the matters needing attention in the designing of the pension plan.
