Since the 1970's the traditional pension model is becoming unworkable all over the world. Along with the crisis of population aging and the construction of the "three pillar" pension system in china, occupational pension plans will play an important role in our lives more and more. It is not only the Physical security to improve the quality of life of retired staff, but also an important part and a means on human resource management.Through the efforts of the parties, a whole framework of our occupational pension market has been completed. In order to solve the problem of old-age workers and perfect China's old age security system, we must develop China's occupational pension market quickly. To develop it, the core is the analysis to the conditionality factor on China's occupational pension market. On the background of China's special political and economic situation and through the analysis to the foreign occupational pension markets, the author wants to find these conditionality factors.Then, the thesis will judge the status of our occupational pension market accurately and thinking about the specific measures.China's occupational pension market is still in cultivational period, It will has more demand and wonderful future. Nowadays, in China, more than 90% of the occupational pension funds have come from large enterprises, and which has created 55% of GDP, only take less than 1%. As the complexity of occupational pension plans, China's occupational pension policies are less understood from employees. occupational pension, which as a department of human resources management system, there is no doubt that has not yet attracted enough attention to company and employees. Therefore, it is very important that the study of China's occupational pension incentive effects of the human resources management. Main contents and viewpoints include:Based on our analysis, the thesis was divided into four parts as follows:The first chapter of this thesis pointed out that the background and significance of the occupational pension system, and point out relevant theory between occupational pension plan and human resources management.ChapterⅡof the thesis, mainly through analysis the theory of salaries and benefits, specifically the principle of pay and benefits system, to show how does it do while the occupational pension plan as a part of human resource management, and how to play their proper incentive effects.ChapterⅢ, gives us a detailed analysis of the production of the incentive effects from three kinds of occupational pension:defined contributions plan, defined benefit plan and hybrid plan.ChapterⅣdiscusses the development countermeasure to the management of our country occupational pension, it has the problems in view of the present our occupational pension management, proposes our occupational pension management development strategy. This is the article value, the research question is for seek the solution the method.
