Since the reform and opening up of human resource management,China's modernization and market economy have developed rapidly.Especially after China's accession to the WTO,the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce,and it has slowly developed in China.In the era of knowledge-based economy,human resources,as the primary resources of enterprises,are playing an increasingly important role in enterprises and are related to the company's future development strategies and conditions.Studying the human resources management status and development strategies of modern enterprises has important practical significance for improving the competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.This paper first introduces the development of human resource management and basic research theories.Combined with the policies and environment for the development of large-scale state-owned enterprises in China,we pointed out the common problems existing in the human resources management of state-owned large-scale engineering construction companies.Combining with the actual situation of YHY Company,the requirements of human resources for the strategic development of the company are introduced.We can investigate the actual situation of human resources management of YHY company through seminars,special topics,literature research,case analysis and other methods,combine the relevant theories of human resource management,analyze the advantages and achievements of the company's current human resource management status,and point out the company's human resources.In terms of resource management,there are issues such as large gaps in employee capabilities,unreasonable talent structure,incomplete compensation and incentive systems,and employees' training needs that cannot keep up with the needs of business development.They must think strategically to explore new mechanisms for human resource management.New ideas and targeted responses to the status quo of human resources management and reasonable suggestions.That is we should strengthen the improvement of current human resources management measures,strengthen the awareness of talents and enterprises,improve the system for selecting talents,improve the compensation management and employee incentive systems,focus on cultivating and rationally utilizing talents,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to achieve optimal allocation of human resources.Promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
