Analysis On The Mechanism Of Market Share Transfer Among The IT Industrial Clusters

In the first two chapters of this paper, the main results from the related references both domestic and abroad on Industrial Cluster is summarized to be used as the basis for the latter analysis in this paper.In chapter 3, the mechanism of market share transfer among the IT Industrial Clusters is analyzed. Firstly, the distribution of market share among the IT Industrial Clusters is analyzed. Then, according to the index of competitive capability of Industrial Clusters, the competitive capability of the IT Industrial Clusters in American Silicon Valley, XinZhu high-tech garden in Taiwan China, and Dongguan China, are evaluated, and based on the evaluated results, the sequence of the IT industrial clusters is ranked. The modes, mechanism and measure to analyze the market share transfer among the IT Industrial Clusters are induced. The author points out that: the modes of market share transfer among the IT Industrial Clusters are transfer of industrial scale and working procedure.In chapter 4, the functioning mode of innovation system driving market share transfer among the IC Industrial Clusters is analyzed as an example. Firstly, the character of market share distribution of the IC Industrial Clusters is analyzed, which is used to build innovation systems adapted to the IC Industrial Clusters. Then the mechanism of technical innovation driving market share transfer among the IC Industrial Clusters is analyzed. The main conclusions as: the advantage of competitive capability of Industrial Clusters is the precondition of achieving transfer among Industrial Clusters, establishing innovation system, and especially for technical innovation system is the important term and effective approach to enhance competitive capability of Industrial Clusters.
