Study On The Way To Make Land-use Efficiently In Real Estate Development

With the development of CHINA Urban Economy and continuously purse to the living environment with people, the city construction land-use raises immediately, also bring more need of the land to the real estate development, the contradiction between people and land loomed. However, be subjected to the influences witch caused by not perfect land management system, not scientific principle of real estate development and fall behind of develop technique, land is wasted and used in low efficiency can be find frequently in real estate development. How to make the land -use in real estate efficiently and keep the urban lands sustainable development is the main purpose of this dissertation.It is a complex engineering to study the land-use in real estate development, and involving in different effect with land-use. This dissertation regards sustainable development as the basic principle, basis on the problems witch exist in real estate development, combine the develop direction of land-use and real estate development, the dissertation firstly studies the content of the land-use and the land-use in real estate development, and defines their relationship, the next conclude the actors that influence land-use in real estate development and established evaluation index system in real estate land-use. Finally, with the result of analysis the dissertation conclude the way that could make land-use efficiently in real estate development from make sure land supply scientific through perfecting the real estate land-use management system; build up scientific principle in real estate development make sure real estate developing efficiently; dig up the whole potential of the land from improving the means to real estate development.
