As a basic resource of land, establishment and development of the city to some extent, rely on the supply of land resources. With the constant acceleration of urbanization, urban demand for land will be increasing. Land supply is the most important part of land use, real estate market to solve the problems of land use land supply problems, we must start from the root of the problem. Commercial land market is the source of supply, the amount of land supply and reasonable housing market is directly related to the supply situation and stability, land supply is the total control of the valve housing market.As global economic integration and national policy adjustment of land supply, land supply, the regulation of the real estate market balance and stability embodied in the real estate market supply and demand and prices.
