| At present, China is carrying out its 11th-five-year plan, and Mid China is fast growing up, Wanxi, a typical poverty agriculture district in mid-China, should take advantage of the chances to fast develop its economy. Making a rational strategic industry cooperated development plan can optimize resource allocation, exert its regional advantages, and it is the key to win regional competition. This paper, based on advantage theories and taxonomy of three industrial structure, using two indexes of regional quotient and comparable labor productive rate, analyzes the present industry development situation, the strength, weakness factors in Wanxi district and its future development orientation. Based on the situation of Wanxi district, the paper put forward to strategic ideas on how to promote industrial cooperated development, and present concrete measures, which are important to support mid-China fast development. |
