On the basis above, furthermore, the thesis proposes overall idea of products improvement from the parts to the whole and detailed quality management improvement plans; meanwhile, it establishes appropriate security measures including staff essential-qualities-oriented education, the workplace 7S strengthening, organization of QC activities and continuous improvement of quality management system.Modern quality management theory and methodology plays an important role in leveling enterprises quality and enhancing their competitiveness. The thesis takes ISO9000 quality management system related theories as basis, obeys rules of continuous improvement and takes implementation of technological tool,statistical process control management methodology as the major design idea. It states that effective quality improvement is never ending; the effective quality management of an enterprise must be quality-centric, emphasis on full participation, education and training, strong and sustained leadership of top manager. If enterprises are to meet customer needs continuously, they must continue to improve the system and process.The research in this thesis not only has practical guidance to quality management improvement of company A, but its idea and methodology has certain reference value to medium-or small-sized machinery manufacturers on how to implement an effective quality management.
