Researches On The Science And Technology Policy Of Chinese Automotive Industry Developing Circular Economy

Circular economy is a kind of ecological economy in nature, and a kind of economic law using the principles of ecology to instruct the human beings' production and life. As a typical industry, the automotive industry has to depend on the circular economy concepts and make great efforts to improve the technology innovation in order to achieve the sustainable development objective. Based on the environmental-friendly and resources-saving ideas, the circular economy of automotive industry takes the sustainable development of the industry and the whole economy and society as its target, advocates to insist on the low-costing, high-using and recycling principles during the industry development, and minimizes the resources waste and environmental burden at each stage of the life circle from the selection and procession of raw materials, manufacturing and assembling, using and serving to products disposing and reclaiming. This paper systematically discusses the progress, definition and principles of the circular economy, and demonstrates the necessity of the automotive industry to develop this kind of economy. Taking Chinese automotive industry as the research object and based on the reference of the development policies of abroad developed automotive industries, this paper proposes the scientific system of financial policies, trade policies, maintain and serve policies and environment protection policies through the economic benefit analysis of the related policies of Chinese automotive industry. In the end, this paper also gives the policy advice to Chinese automotive industry to implement the circular economy.
