The Research On The Interaction Between Science And Technology Progress And The Development Of Circular Economy

The rapid development of science and technology, promote theindustrialization process of human society and human civilization by leapsand bounds, but at the same time, scientific and technological progress,while the benefit to human society has also brought a hidden danger, anydevelopment of natural resource use has broughta range of issues ofenvironmental pollution, shortage of resources, ecological destruction,ecological environment increasing pressure. High input, high consumption,high pollution and low efficiency of the extensive growth mode of growth,must be changed, the generation of the cycle of economic theory is to solvethe contradiction between resources, environment and economic developmentis the inevitable trend of economic development mode shift.In this paper, the Marxist theory of the scientific and technologicalprogress theory of Marxism and the Dialectics of Nature, the basic theoryof the scientific and technological progress and development of circulareconomy, in-depth analysis of scientific and technological progress andcycle through the development of interactive relationship, and theestablishment of scientific and technological progress and the evaluationindex system of circular economy and models, and empirical analysis basedon the theory and model of the actual situation of Fujian Province, focusingon analysis of the contribution to evaluation of scientific and technologicalprogress in Fujian Province on the circular economy, interactive developmentand evaluation of this study is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction, the main analysis of this studybackground, research objectives, the technical path and the existingresearch base, and full-text content of the brief; in-depth analysis of the second part focuses on the scientific and technological progress, andinteractive development of recycling economy theory, respectively, from thetheory of scientific and technological progress and development of recyclingeconomy theory in-depth analysis of both internal analysis of the interactionbetween scientific and technological progress and the interactivedevelopment of recycling economy; the third part is based on the viewpointof science and technology and natural dialectics of Marxism made evaluationindex system based on the use of natural scientific and mathematical model,the establishment of scientific and technological progress and developmentof recycling economy and models; part IV, part V, combined with the FujianProvincial Science and Technology progress and development of circulareconomy, the use of models and theories to empirical analysis, according tothe results of the analysis and analyze the existing problems andcountermeasures; part VI summary and Outlook of the study.
