Discuss The Development And The Pattern Of Banking Association In Our Country

Part one: the main content and viewpointsThe steady movement of financial system can not leave the influence of the industry self-regulation. Since long ago, the government's supervision and management has been the main strength of financial management. Along with the further improvement of the market economy system and the unceasing development of the globalization tendency, the society supervision has gradually become an important strength of the bank's supervision and management. However, formerly we paid insufficient attention to the function of the industry association. Along with the globalization of finance and the intense competition of the banking industry in China, considering our country's economical situation and the development condition of the financial industry, the establishment and development of the banking association has the extremely vital significance to the creation of macroscopic environment and the bank's management and operation.At present, our country has a nationwide banking association, thirty provincial banking associations and forty-two prefecture banking associations. Since the establishment of banking industry associations, they have implemented each function earnestly and have made an important contribution to the development and promotion of the banking industry. However the banking association in our country has developed for a short time, it faces with many problems which need to be solved urgently. Therefore we should absorb the advanced experience from the foreign banking association. Meanwhile we should combine it with our country's situation and explore the pattern which suits to the development of banking association in our country.The thesis has four chapters as follows:The first chapter theoretically analyzes the existence necessity of the banking association. In this chapter, the author briefly reviews the history and the present situation of the foreign banking association, and then theoretically analyzes the existence necessity of the banking association. The system vicissitude theory and the cooperation gambling theory constitute the theory support of this chapter.The Second chapter introduces the operational mechanism and the function of banking association. The author mainly analyzes the interior operational mechanism, the external relation environment and the function of banking association.Third chapter introduces the American Bankers Association's development condition from five aspects, which are the development course, the organization frame, the revenue and expenditure condition, the product service and the service characteristic.The fourth chapter firstly analyzes the existence necessity of the banking association in our country; Secondly it introduces the development course of the bank association in our country and according to the reality, it elaborates the implication and the performance of the banking association's four function; Thirdly, the author carries on the contrast analysis between the development situation of American Bankers Association and China Banking Association and points out the main problems of China Banking Association; Finally the author proposes the development thought and suggestion of China Banking Association based on the development experience of American Bankers Association.Part two: the main contributions1. The topic. Nowadays the domestic and foreign research about the development of the banking association is insufficient. This article intends to discuss the development pattern of China Banking Association based on the advanced experience from the foreign banking association. So this thesis is novel.2. Research method. The author transplants the system vicissitude theory and the cooperation game theory to this article in order to analyze the existence necessity of the banking association, which is the original creation of this article.3. Viewpoints. This article comprehensively introduces the development history and the present situation of the foreign banking association and put forward some suggestions which have the guiding sense to the development of China Banking Association.
