A Discussion On The Mechanism Of Channel Power

The distribution member uses its channel power to impact other members in the channel as to force their action profitable for the power owner. On the other hand, the weaker member has to receive this kind of exploitation for subsistence and development. In this paper, the author analyses the source of the distribution power, and study the key factors of the power and different power structures formed by the contest of the different members. In order to benefit themselves the power owner deprives the benefit of the controlled seriously .Actually, the reason of this phenomenon is the existence of the distribution power. Further more, the author explains the various distribution relationship caused by related power structure, and interpret the company behavior caused by the relationships. The innovation in my paper is the analysis of the resource of dependence through appearances, and the study of the cause that why the resources is in possession of certain members. This paper is trying to reveal the inevitability of exiting structure of channel power and to forecast the transition of channel form and retail form,and carry out the strategy of the supplier.
