In vocational school, how to enhance practical training, according to the requirement of the rules of vocational school, and how to strengthen students' technical abilities in manual work has always troubled vocational education, and is one of the permanent topics for the vocational educationists as well. Due to its liberal arts tendency, finance and economics major is strongly influenced by education ideas, practical teachers, training conditions, etc; thus it is more difficult to construct the practical training system.Vocational education holds the guide to get the students employed, and pays attention to training students' professional skills. Finance and economics majors are to be trained to be technical talents professionally and vocationally to meet the need of economy management in various areas. Under the guide of ability-oriented teaching idea, finance and economics department in vocational school ought to train the students to be talents fully developed in virtue, intelligence and labor aspect. They also should master basic cultural and theoretical knowledge, skillfully master the practical technical abilities and possess a good attainment of the profession which they will be engaged. To gain the target, both the theory teaching and the training teaching should be strengthened and they especially should be combined to the proper content. The present essay is a systematic study on this problem, which is based on the study of finance and economics training guidance in vocational school, combining theory and practice, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, studying both the single case and the generality, and so on. Via the study on the guidance of the finance and economics majors in vocational school, the understanding of the character, position, aim, and task is becoming deep. And the cognition of the importance of skills training in finance and economics major is improved as well. On this paper, the author compares the technical training situation in finance and economics major between the home and the abroad, especially introduces the "bi-role" teaching pattern, self-examines the teaching current situation, with the combination of the training and guidance in practical teaching, further represents the guidance idea and thus directly points out some suggestions. With the study on the training in vocational school as the base, the author researches the target task, requirement, content, method, field, teachers, capital, and the evaluation methods, ect, and selectively points out the difficulties, the emphasized, and respectively gives some suggestions on how to improve the training of finance and economics majors in vocational school. On the paper, the author studies both the general theory and the individual case, provides some theoretical guidance and experience for users to solve the problem of the lack ness of operation of the theory, the divorce of the theory from the practice, unjustified training name for the training in its true meaning, ect, therefore to improve the technical training patterns and methods, and to improve the teaching quality of finance and economics majors in vocational school.
