| The study of improving the quality of vocational students in the accounting profession is based on the following considerations. In recent years,China's special emphasis on vocational education has provided a broad space for the development of vocational education. Under the correct guidance of national policy, vocational institutions in the quantity has a rapid development. With the advent of the knowledge economy, the community has submitted new demands on training comprehensive and application-oriented personnel. Along with the information-based technology revolution, the community has also made update problem of knowledge, which is the 21st century human resources issues. Has students of higher vocational school met the market needs? Especially how to evaluate the quality of vocational training on accounting students is urgent to solve.According to market demand and the characteristics of the students,vocational schools should have regular market research, clear professional goal, and accurate positioning, then build out a practical program of personnel training in line with market demand, and use scientific methods to establish a an effective evaluation system. This paper will firstly describe the background, purpose and meaning, main content, research methods and ideas,then based on supply and demand point of view analysize vocational students' quality of the accounting profession, re-position goals, develop measures to improve the quality of students from the internal perspective. The paper also suggests the reforms from the school hardware, software configuration of the accounting profession, while strengthening the professionalism of the training of students. To strengthen the collabration of colleges and enterprises and develop accounting talent in line with market demand the paper suggests creating a localized system of dual mode through learning from Germany's dual system of school mode.At last the paper discusses prospects for future research directions. |
