Research On Vocational Language Ability Training Of Secretarial Specialty In Secondary Vocational School

Language is the most important tool of human communication,and the language communication of secretary is one of the important professional activities of secretary.The professional language of secretary is a kind of role language,which includes written language and spoken language in a broad sense,and refers to the oral language of secretary in a narrow sense.Here,we mainly study the oral language of the professional language of secretary in a narrow sense.The professional language of secretary does not refer to the oral language used by secretaries in any situation,but refers to the normative daily communicative language used by secretaries in assisting in their work,participating in decision-making,communicating information,handling documents,meetings and affairs.The daily work of the secretary is inseparable from the use of the language of the secretary,so the cultivation of the language ability of the secretary has a profound influence on the career choice and career development of the secretary.As an important group in vocational education in China,secretarial students in secondary vocational schools have always received great attention from the education sector.It has always been a focus of educators and all sectors of society to cultivate vocational ability of students in secondary vocational education and enable them to give full play to their advantages in their future positions.Secretary professional technical secondary school students as the future of secretarial position backup talents,secretary professional level of the ability of language will greatly influence their future employment prospects,strengthen secondary vocational secretary major professional language ability training,improving secondary vocational secretary professional secretarial professional language ability of students,to enhance secondary secretarial students competitiveness is very important in the process of choosing a career in the future.This paper is composed of five parts.The first part mainly discusses the origin,purpose and significance of this paper’s research,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,laying a foundation for the following research.The second part is the definition and elaboration of relevant core concepts.It expounds the definition,characteristics and classification of professional language,professional languageability,secretary language and secretary language ability,and strives to have an accurate grasp of relevant core concepts.The third part of this paper on the basis of literature research,with secondary vocational secretary major students,secondary vocational school secretary professional teachers and secondary vocational secretary graduate employment unit as the research object,using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview,understand the current situation of secondary vocational secretary professional language ability and social demand,found that the current secondary vocational secretary professional ability training problems existing in the process of language.On the basis of questionnaire and interview,we found that the current secondary vocational secretary professional language ability raise some problems,specific as follows: the secondary vocational secretary professional language teaching resources are insufficient,secondary vocational secretary vocational language teaching arrangements unreasonable,secretarial secretary professional language teachers is weak and the secondary vocational technical secondary school students’ language learning ability is low,the causes were analyzed by the author for different problem.The fourth part is the key part of this paper,based on the analysis of the causes of the problem on the basis of the author of the countermeasures to explore,put forward the promotion of vocational secretarial language ability training strategy,in order to improve the current vocational secretarial language ability facing the main problems.The main strategies include: to compile language teaching materials that meet the needs of the society;Develop the language course of the secretarial profession in secondary vocational schools with school-based characteristics;To construct a task-driven language teaching model for secretarial profession;To train teachers of secretarial professional language with integration of science and practice;Train the students of secretary major in secondary vocational schools to form good language habits.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect,which summarizes and reflects on the research results and existing shortcomings of the paper,and puts forward the prospect of future research and efforts.
