"Peasant is in need of cooperation, and the cooperation demands a form of organization, which is a basic aggrement." The history of productional cooperation in agriculture is of long standing, which is the important driving force of the social advance. The textual reseach takes two villages as individual cases, analyse the fomation and movement of agricultural producted cooperative organization at the area of rice planting, the purpose is to analyse how the peasants go to cooperation during the institutional evolution and the socialized process with cooperative organization for slice. It makes us undstand the change of village society.From the inquisition reseach of heji village and baiyang village in jingmen city, the comtradiction is extrude of seasonal supply-demand disorder of rural labour migration, along with the diversification of the farmer mode of production and the diversification of the income source after the reform and opening, hence, it lead to the presure of farmer cooperation, but the traditional form of agricultural producted cooperation can't fill the demand of producted socialization, it was washed out gradually, and the new cooperational way induced by advantage and actual demand has been shaped gradually.After the formation of new producted cooperative organization in the village, it take effective method to integrate the labor force, meanwhile, base on the seasonal time difference, exchange labor force with the outside, greatly improves the efficiency of rural labor, adds the peasants income and anti-risk capability, the traditional social relations through favor keeping the balance between rights and obligations was broken, replaced it is the advantage and demand. The benefits overweighed the blood relationship and feeling embeded in the peasant's life logic, become the main factor to decide peasant whether cooperate or not.
