Structural Power, Activity Logic And The Development Of The Cooperative Organization Of Farmers

The development of the cooperative economic organization of Farmers is a major adjustment on China's rural social relations. Along with the government thinks much of the"Three-dimensional rural issues", the special farmers' cooperative organization was also be seen as a solution of it. In October 2006, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed the"cooperative law of Chinese farmer".This phenomenon also attracts the scholars'attention. A lot of people had research it. According to their emphasize fields, the research can be classified four types. (1) Introducing the experience of the cooperative organization of the developed countries. (2)From the relation between the country and the society, some researcher regards the cooperation as the auto-organized group of the Chinese farmer. They often talk about the function on how to organize the farmer together except the government's power. (3) From the classic theories, some scholar discussed the condition of how the cooperative organization run and the factor that maintained it.(4)Choose a case as model, then anatomized it as a sparrow. The researcher often choose a succeed case to explain the cooperative system, analyzed the advantage and disadvantage. This paper is also belonging to this type.The materials of this paper are from the investigation in the 2007 summer vacation. This cooperation happened in a small village in the middle of JiLin province; here we called it H village. During this investigation, author mainly used investigated method, such as the conversation, observe and review literature and so on. After that, the author analyzed the materials and then finished the paper.The cooperative organization comes into existence with the help of the government. During the process, there exist some different groups which has their own interest require. The town government wants to set up a model of the cooperative organization, so they required the organization should be run immediately. They pay a lot of resource to help the hero who wants to cooperate with the others. But the farmer in this village don't want to take part in it, they emphasized the short-term interest. There're also some people who want to doing this thing, they do a lot work to persuade the other people to join them. After a long time, the cooperative organization was been set up.Throw these proceeds, we can see three astrictive powers behind the affair and they represent difference active logic. The government gives the cooperation validity and the power come from it broke the old structure of the country. But it asks for a quick result. The common people don't identify the organization with theirs. The classic cooperative theory asks for the joiner equally communicates; attend to the development of the society. But the logic of the government and the farmer attend to their own interest, so the most logical form is to establish a organization whose captains are the hero of the village.
