The land is carrier of the social economy development, all economic activities are directly or indirectly the complicated relation with the land. Our country average possessor of land resource is few and land supplies limited, which forces the more economical use land. It displays land economic value as far as possible, and achieves the reasonable land development use intensity. The current city landextensive is serious, if it is too extensive in the non- citycentral area land development, it wastes the limited land resource. In certain degree, it is created by the land control policy and the target lack the efficiency.This article analyzes the city land intensive use economicpotential level. First, through the theory discussion, it has analyzed its influence land utilization degree economic agent, which reachs the conclusions that the government pursues is by the region land quality, namely to exterior efficient pursue.
