It made us lack the soft and hard environment of accepting various talented to lacking of the policy. It didn't make us construct to make talent the center of our company, and didn't stick to the atmosphere of all-sided selecting talent to lagging policy of the human resources managing system. We also can't match with the excellent pay of the developed country in people's salary.The M branch of China Unicom faces the serious problem of the loss of talent currently, particularly in the lately years, it is gradually outstanding problem that the whole show and excellent talent run off the branch. Therefore, it doesn't obviously adapt to the condition with this branch facing more and more vigorous competition environment. How to find and solve the problem of the branch's loss of talent and how to keep the core talent in the branch naturally becomes the key topic for branch's development at present.It is the important long- term development strategy to keep the loss of talent from the branch for the M branch of China Unicom, if the branch has not enough talent's storage, the branch will not guarantee the continuity policy of human resource, and farther can't raise the core competencies of the branch, so we should make the aspiring human resource strategy in the human resource managing system, and prevent from the loss of talent such as Domino effect.This paper studies the loss problem of talent for the M branch of China Unicom, and all-sided analyses the cause of the loss of talent. So the branch should perfect the human resource management system, and make it match with development of strategy of the branch, which should help the branch carrying severe market competition. |
