Talent is the core of competition,but also the key to competition. Therefore,the work of human resources management is very important in the enterprise. The arrival of the electronic age provides the opportunity for the business enterprise,at the same time, also bring tremendous pressure of competition. Human resources for the business enterprise is more important. Therefore,we decided to Jumei Youpin the typical business enterprise as an example,analyzes the status of human resource management based on strategic human resource planning.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the analysis of the situation of human resources management of business enterprise. The business enterprise as an emerging industry,to talent showing itself in the fierce competition,human resources management is particularly important. The first part of the business enterprise human resources from the three aspects of the business enterprise human resources management present situation,characteristics of human resource management business enterprises and the problems faced by the simple summary. The second is the business enterprise human resource elements of success,including three elements of personnel training,quality of service and technical innovation. The second part of the article is to introduce the development of Jumei Youpin this business enterprise. It mainly analyzes from two aspects Jumei Youpin market competition and organization ability. In the market competition analysis,the author Jumei Youpin development,business analysis, competitor analysis three aspects are discussed in detail; in the organizational capacity analysis,the author from the three aspects of organizational structure,corporate culture and employee ability are discussed. Aimed at the status of Jumei Youpin to conduct a more comprehensive analysis. The last part of the paper is put forward Jumei Youpin in the next three years of strategic human resource planning. Including the service strategy-- consider the overall system,overall planning,innovative ideas-- industry led standards,flat structure operation and highlight key-- cultivate first-class talent,build together the United States culture. To provide limited suggestions for the practice of human resources management Jumei Youpin.
