Study On The Operating Mechanism Of Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance Based On Game Theory

While the competitions among countries and enterprises focus on science, technology,strategy, and international development, ITISA(Industry Technology Innovation StrategicAlliance) has became a important method for countries and enterprises to overcometechnical challenges, enhance technology innovation ability and competitiveness. Since thefirst four ITISAs were founded in2007, the ITISA construction has risen to nationalstrategy level, and, as one of the important carrier of constructing the national innovationsystem, various industrial ITISAs have sprung up in various cities. However, comparedwith foreign mature operating mechanism of ITISA, there are some problems in theoperating process of ITISAs in China, due to the lack of practical experience and otherpolitical and economical system factors.Besides, the corresponding study on ITISA has notformed mature and perfect theory system, whose practical guidance is not enough.Based on the backgrounds above, this thesis is accomplished and innovated from thefollowing aspects:Firstly, the thesis systematically reviews and classifies the theoretical researchliterature at home and abroad from different aspects, and, from the comparison, concludesthat domestic study on the operating mechanism of ITISA is lack of quantitative model, andless microcosmic and systematic; Through the carding and analysis of different theory basisof ITISA, the thesis finds that each theory has certain explanatory power from differentangles, but not comprehensive.Secondly, this thesis combs and analyses the mature operating mechanism, patternsand characteristics of ITISAs in typical countries, in order to get practical experience andenlightenment.Then, combining literature research and the actual situation, this thesis puts forwardunique theory system of ITISA based on the core competence theory, which adds to itstheoretical basis, systematically elaborates the related concepts, framework and operatingprocess, and stresses the game features of the operating mechanism of ITISA, which isinnovative.And then, from the perspective of game theory, based on different assumptions,relevant equilibrium improvement method and the principal-agent theory, this thesis systematicly takes qualitative analysis and quantitative simulation studies on the alliancemember selection mechanism, operation and management mechanism and interestdistribution mechanism, which are the three important links in the operating mechanism ofITISA. The corresponding conclusions of guiding significance are obtained. For example,union leader plays an important role in ITISA, production sharing contracts are applied tocore members of ITISA, and so on. The work in this part is also innovative.Finally, the thesis analyses the concrete problems in the process of ITISAs in ourcountry, and puts forward with corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, using onthe basis of the successful experience of typical countries and practical conclusions gainedthrough the game analysis above.
