There is no doubt that the traditional mode of technological innovation is no longer able to meet the demands of people for new technologies nowadays.Enterprises usually choose to cooperate with such platforms as enterprises and universities as well as scientific research institutes to develop high-tech products and upgrade the level of technology,which thus can form a strategic alliance for industrial technological innovation to seek their own development.Research data from China ITISA Group show that since2008,the number of ITISA in China has shown blowout growth,and the country has constantly introduced relevant policies conducive to the development of ITISA to promote its development.However,from today's point of view,the development status of ITISA in China is not optimistic,because the disintegration rate of up to 50% alliance has always been a difficult problem for ITISA to solve.Such a high failure rate will not only cause unnecessary waste of resources,but also hamper the enthusiasm of enterprises,universities and research institutes for ITISA,and even affect the implementation of the relevant policies of the government.Therefore,stability is an urgent problem to be solved by ITISA.It is very important for the existence of ITISA and its future development situation.However,what factors affect the stability of ITISA?How to achieve the stability of the alliance to ensure the effective,long-termand dynamic operation of the alliance? To solve these problems,we must find out what decisive factors affect the stability of ITISA.In addition,the mechanism of these decisive factors is deeply analyzed,and operational suggestions are put forward.In this thesis,it takes transaction cost theory,resource basic theory and social exchange theory as basic theories.It analyzes and summarizes eight important factors affecting the stability of ITISA in our country,which is carried out on the basis of comprehensive study of scholars' research achievements on ITISA and alliance stability at home and abroad as well as the reasons for the disintegration of ITISA in China so far.Using the Fuzzy Cognitive Map method,the causal relationship between the conceptual nodes and ITISA stability is analyzed with these eight key factors as conceptual nodes.The causal weights are obtained by expert method,and the stability model of ITISA is constructed based on the causal weights and AHL algorithm.The model is validated by several iterations,and the interaction relationship between each factor and the degree of their influence on the stability of ITISA are obtained.Finally,it is found and concluded that alliance partner selection and benefit allocation are the driving factors of the stability of ITISA in this thesis.It analyzes the mechanism of partner selection based on the stability of ITISA and the mechanism of benefit allocation by using the method of game theory according to the conclusions obtained.In the process of establishing partner selection mechanism,we introduce science and technologyintermediaries to study the impact mechanism of partner selection on ITISA stability from the perspective of whether there are science and technology intermediaries or not.It is concluded that the stability of the alliance can be improved by introducing intermediaries to improve the value of information transformation and efficient information transmission between alliances,the establishment of penalty mechanism for dishonesty,and the saving of input costs.Meanwhile,when constructing the benefit distribution mechanism,the intermediary institutions of science and technology should be included in the benefit distribution mechanism,and the members of ITISA alliance should be the participants.In the construction of a benefit distribution mechanism,using the optimal weight determination method,the author constructed a compound benefit distribution mechanism based on four common benefit distribution methods,with scientific and technological intermediary organs as one of the subjects,along with the members of ITISA and verified the feasibility and high efficiency of the proposed benefit distribution mechanism using simulation analysis and case study.By analyzing and constructing the driving factors to the ITISA stability mechanism respectively,the author finally established an ITISA stability mechanism.
