Research On Trust Mechanism Of Complex Product Technical Innovation Alliance

Nowadays complex product plays an increasingly important role, and even affects a country's core interests. Technical innovation alliance is very necessary for complex product innovation because its innovation activities need the cooperation between different enterprises, since the complex product has the feature of high-risk, high investment and high-tech. However, the rate of successful technical innovation alliance has been low, so it is very important to ensure the stability of the complex product technical innovation alliance. Trust mechanism is the important motive force of the formation and development of technical innovation alliance, and it is the important way to improve the stability of complex product technical innovation alliance. At present, many scholars have given more attention on the trust mechanism in technical innovation alliance and achieved fruitful results. However the current researches focus on the impact of trust mechanism to the alliance, and there has few research about the formation of trust mechanism, especially for technical innovation alliance consisting of complex product. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the trust mechanism in complex product technical innovation alliance according to the characteristics of complex product.Firstly, this dissertation analyzes trust in technical innovation alliance combined with the characteristics of complex product. By analyzing the characteristics, types, and effects of trust, this dissertation discusses the difficulty to establish the complex product technical innovation alliance.Secondly, this dissertation interprets the reasons for the lack of trust in complex product technical innovation alliance based on game theory, then establishes evolutionary game model of trust and studies the conditions for the formation of trust in alliance, and proposes the establishment of trust mechanism alliance strategy at last.Finally, according to the analysis of actual cases of complex product technical innovation alliance, this dissertation studies the formation process of trust mechanism, which verifies and summarizes the establishment strategy for trust mechanism in alliance, and then it is hoped that the suggestions can play a role in improving the stability of complex product technical innovation alliance.
