Supply chain management and quality management theories have been applied to practice in enterprises. This thesis main view is that combined supply chain management with quality management , from the system view , it studies product process and service process of supply chain. And based on Six Sigma application ,it also designs the supply chain process for Six Sigma and discusses quality control theories and methods of the supply chain.The main content of this thesis includes the discussion of the quality management of the supply chain , the analysis of the deficiency of improvement for Six Sigma and design for Six Sigma in a supply chain. The MP4 product supply chain been as a specific analysis target, by modeling dual supply chain , namely,"the combination of manufacturers to terminal customers " model ,the thesis analyzes the supply chain " product / service combination " and applies QFD to analysis of " products / services combination " . Design for Six Sigma in the supply chain, the thesis presents "define, identify, design, optimize and verify" steps and analyzes the main content of these steps. At the same time, the thesis researches " hidden process",the FMEA of product /service combination, and also researches the process capability and the process performance calculation in the supply chain. Finally, based on the two major index " the process cycle efficiency and the process speed " , the thesis explores the lean six sigma of supply chain theory.
