Study On The Control And Appraisal Of Quality In Supply Chain

Under the supply chain environment, the supplier, the provider of logistic service, the manufacturer, the dealer and the users are separated by a series of relative barriers. Because the overall system lacks the certain openness, the supply chain hardly realizes the enhancement and the optimization of quality, which is disadvantageous to display its competition in market. This paper broke through the traditional theory of quality control; study on the quality of supply chain with systemic and overall view. The main idea of the paper is that study on the control and appraisal of quality in supply chain, the main content include next several aspects:First, we discussed the generation process of product quality under the supply chain circumstance; analyzed the traditional supply chain structure model; constructed the integrative model for product quality and supply chain structure. According to above model, we have established the relationships of the supply chain member enterprises and the quality integrant, as well as the external users and supplies. Thus, it is helpful to study on the quality control and appraisal in supply chain.Second, according to the integrative model for product quality and the supply chain structure, the author studied on the control of quality in supply chain. The control of quality included from core enterprise: choosing the member enterprise; supervising and supporting the quality of them. According to above theoretical model, taking the manufacture supply chain as the objective (namely taking produces manufacture enterprise as core in supply chain), We studied on the control of quality in supply chain and achieved the goal of the Total Quality Control in supply chain. In addition, we have also given the exhaustive explanation on the manufacture quality inside the core enterpriseThird, according to the integrative model for product quality and the supply chain structure, the author also constructed the synthesis appraisal system of product quality which has provided the scientific basis for designing the oriented-customer product quality poll. At the same time, the author has improved the model of the quality appraisal information system which is oriented the supply chains, realized sharing of the product quality appraisal information between the supply chain enterprises. Moreover, we discussed the quality improvement program through applying six Sigma quality improvement technology when the problem of quality exist in supply chain.Finally, taking XX air conditioning company as example, we have carried on the reality analysis, proved application value of fundamental research which is studied in this paper under the supply chain environment.
