Studies On Institution And Institutional Culture Of Private Enterprises

As a new model of management, corporate culture, which was imported in 1980s has made an important affect to local companies. Institutional culture, which is a part of corporate culture, has the advantage to enterprises. Local enterprises face up more and more intensive competition after attending the WTO and they recognize that corporate culture is a new and important way of enhancing the center competitive power.But recent years, the development situation of private enterprises is very severe. It is said that the average life of enterprises run by local people is only 2.9 years. While we see the success of some big enterprises, we should also make clear of the whole development situation of private enterprises. There are many problems in institutions such as the management of family in private enterprises, will make private enterprises lead to this situation. In this paper, the author depicts the definition of institutional culture on the basis of the theory of corporate culture. The analyzing of the institutions in private enterprises, summarize the problems, and let the enterprise pay attentions to the institutional culture. The contrast of interior and exterior institutional culture affords the use for reference. On the basis of recent research result, the author combines the theory and the experience, and draws the lessons of the typical private enterprises, analyses the recent situation and bring forward the measure of institutional culture's construction in private enterprises.
