Study On The 5"S" Management In JinChe Industry Company

Foundational management is necessary condition to an enterprise's survival and development, and the precondition and basic to operate other management methods. The research has showed that some machining enterprises are in a poor condition, the key reason is that there is an inefficient foundational management in a enterprises. It has been found in the following four aspects, which are the poor basic management in manufacture, the lagging in Human resources management, the less expedite information communication, the dropping behind of new concepts and methods.The production management in site is the keystone of the foundational management of a machining enterprises, the analysis is made in this thesis on the production management in site of the JinChe industry company. Based on the research, the thesis has studied the actual production management of JinChe industry company, and put forward that the 5S managements should be implemented to improve the foundational management in enterprises, and thus could solve the other management problems which had faced on.The research has showed that there are some serious problems in the management in site. The common problems are that the enterprise is lack of the inefficient control in the 5 basic production factors: human, material, equipment, method and flow, which had resulted to a poor production quality, the higher cost, the lower efficiency and so on, and the"human" is the core point. It is the poor production management which has caused the other management problems. Implementing 5S is an effective way to solve the production management problems in industry enterprise, for the 5S's distinctive function in building a safe and canonical operating environment, reducing waste, improving efficiency, promoting operating standardization, upgrading the enterprise character and assuring products quality, and developing good staff's characters, the 5S is the very basic management skill, so this thesis expatiates on the content and function to improve foundational management by 5S management. It has also proved that industry enterprise can succeed through implementing the 5S. It is necessary and urgent for a industry enterprise to implement 5S management.The thesis analyzes the management problems of the enterprise, at the same time, makes a set of steps and methods for reference to implement the 5S management, summarizes the experiences and disadvantages taking from the 5S implementation, sets forth the theory gist to strengthen the production management by the 5S implementation in manufacturing, and finally designs the methods to extend the 5S management.
