Study On The Coordination Between Technology Progress And Economic Development In County Region

In the 21 century, in the strategy of relying on science and education to rejuvenate the nation, specially reviving the county region to develop through science and education, the degree of our county region valuing technology work grows unprecedented level, and the function which the advanced technology put in the county economical development also obtains the further enhancement. But while our county region's technology work developing at a rapid rate, there also be certain secret worry. Because there are some questions in the practical work, that are "the only technology" and the trend of "heavy of investments, light of benefits", and so on, the technology progress is ahead of the development of the social and economical to make it put into full play of promoting, which has created certain resources waste. In the final analysis, in these above practice questions is due to lacking the theories of researching the interrelation and the coordinated development between the technology progress and economical development. Therefore, the coordination analysis between technology progress and economic development not only has the theory value, also has the vital practical significance.This paper first discusses theories relevant to technology progress and economic development, and analyses the coordination's meaning, characters, goals, models and evaluated methods. Based on this above, this paper establishes the index appraisal system of the coordination of technology progress and economic development. Secondly, it builds the single factor matrix based on taking membership function in fuzzy math as factors. Thirdly, it not only uses the analytic hierarchy weight decision-making process, but also makes fuzzy distance method to instead of expert evaluation method creaturely to evaluate coordination coefficient actually, and builds the model of analyzing the coordination on technology progress and economic development in county region by the fuzzy mathematics. From one level to two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluations, the paper appraises the coordination analysis between technology progress and economic development in the county region from different complete Viewpoints. At last, this paper provides a positive research based on some county regions in Liaoning province, and finds some questions. According to the evaluation and analysis results, it puts forward the policy countermeasures.
