Shandong Peninsula City Regional Geo-ecological Environment Quality And Coordination In Economic Development

There are superior peculiar qualification of growth and various room of development in Shandong Peninsula City Group Region. However, the contradiction between economic development and geo-ecological environment can't be ignored. In order to achieve the sustainable development of them, it is necessary to do a systemic analysis and research on both economic development and geo-ecological environment. So then it can provide a reasonable basis for the reasonable adjustments them.The article is based on the project, the research of Geological Environment Evaluation and Sustainable Development in Shandong Peninsula City Group ([2004]1395), which is a important project of Shandong Province Development and Reform Commission in The Eleventh Five-Year Plan. Through researching in the field, collecting data widely, summarizing the achievements and the systemic analysis of the interaction between geo-ecological environment and economic development, we did the follow-up study. There are mainly three parts in this article.Firstly, we established the indexes system and weights of geo-ecological environment evaluation and specified the calculation and the classification of the parameters. And based on them, we used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze and evaluate the current quality of geo-ecological environmet in Shandong Peninsula City Group in The Tenth Five-Year Plan. At last, we determined the quality levels of the cities, and accomplished the zoning plan of the geo-ecological environmental quality in Shandong Peninsula City Group.Secondly, evaluation system for the coordination between geo-ecological environment and economic development was established. Analytical hierarchy process and synthetical index method were also used to determine the weights and calculate the synthetical index of geo-ecological environment and economical development respectively. And based on the above, we made quantitative evaluation, did the analysis to the result in detail and made some suggestions for the development in the future.Thirdly, based on the model of GeoDatabase, we designed and built a spatial database for geo-ecological environment and economic development in Shandong Peninsula City Group. The spatial database make storing and managing the spatial data and attribute date all in one come true, which make sure the data integrated and shared in theory. Then the geodatabase's utility in development of application system was proved by the actural application. The spatial database also can offer basic data for the development of kinds of application modle followed up, the evaluation on geo-ecological environment and geologic hazard predication.
